I run clinical trials, teach, and manage a medical blog called <em>MedOncMD<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>But life doesn\u2019t stop when clinic ends.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I\u2019m also a husband to an incredible wife, a father to four energetic kids (including two teenage daughters), a real estate investor, a franchise owner with <strong>4EverYoung<\/strong>, a financial educator, and someone who loves squeezing in pickup basketball, piano sessions, pickleball, and spontaneous family trips whenever I can.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In between work and family, I give talks on financial literacy for healthcare professionals and mentor others on how to build a life that\u2019s both meaningful and financially free.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">About This Site: <strong><em>The Second Shift<\/em><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>This isn\u2019t a medical blog.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>The Second Shift<\/strong> is about everything else that fills my life once the white coat comes off.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It\u2019s about:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Parenting<\/strong> four kids while keeping your sanity (mostly)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Marriage lessons<\/strong> learned through trial, error, and love<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Real estate investing<\/strong> from a physician\u2019s perspective<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Owning a franchise (like 4EverYoung)<\/strong> and building business muscles outside medicine<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Financial wellness and counseling<\/strong>, especially for physicians and busy professionals<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Travel stories<\/strong>, family adventures, and the small joys that make life rich<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>And honest reflections on This:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Because doctors, parents, business owners, and busy people like me often forget:<br>We\u2019re allowed to have a second shift\u2014a life that\u2019s just as intentional, messy, and meaningful as the first.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I don\u2019t have all the answers, but I\u2019ve got stories, lessons, and a willingness to share the journey.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator
