Now Hiring: General Manager for Our First 4Ever Young Wellness & Aesthetic Center in Winter Garden Florida

We’re thrilled to announce that we’re halfway through the build-out phase of our first 4Ever Young location in Winter Garden, FL, and it’s time to take the next big step: hiring our founding team.

This is the first of three planned locations, and it’s more than just a business—this is a mission-driven venture to help people look better, feel better, and live better through personalized, cutting-edge wellness and aesthetic care.

At the heart of this project is my wife, Dr. Nidhi Chander, a physician with deep expertise in complex care and palliative medicine. Now she’s leading the charge in bringing preventative, restorative, and aesthetic medicine to the community she cares deeply about.

Our first and most important hire?

🎯 General Manager | Wellness & Aesthetic Spa Leader

We’re looking for someone exceptional—someone who’s not just good at operations, but truly passionate about wellness, beauty, functional medicine and leadership. You’ll be the go-to leader overseeing the daily function of the center and management of the team members, collaborating directly with Dr. Chander, and playing a foundational role in shaping the culture, experience, and growth of this location.

🔹 What You’ll Be Doing

Customer Service Excellence: Lead with warmth, empathy, and professionalism to ensure every client feels cared for and confident.
Team Leadership: Recruit, coach, and manage a high-performing team; foster a positive, motivated workplace.
Sales & Community Engagement: Meet sales goals, represent the brand at community events, and actively build partnerships in the Winter Garden area.
Operational Mastery: Ensure smooth day-to-day operations, from scheduling to inventory, using tools like PatientNow and maintaining 4Ever Young brand standards.

🔸 What We’re Looking For

At least 1+ year in leadership or management (medical spa, wellness, beauty, or retail preferred)
Sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding goals
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Tech-savvy mindset (familiarity with scheduling or EMR platforms a plus)
A flexible, positive, proactive attitude—you’re not just managing a team, you’re helping lead a mission

Dr. Chander is the visionary behind this clinic—a high-energy, creative, people-first physician. We’re looking for someone who can complement that energy—ideally someone who brings structure, empathy, operational excellence, and calm, clear communication to the table.

👥 Team Hiring Timeline:

We plan to hire 3–4 team members soon. This General Manager role is our foundational hire, with future hires to include clinical and front-office staff.
